A revolutionary method in the art of acting and communication
The term revolutionary mainly refers to the awareness, description and use of certain mechanisms observable by physics and confirmed by modern neuroscience, which have proven to be exceptional tools for obtaining excellent interpretative, communicative and therefore emotional results, without the use of psychotechnics. Results that are often obtained in the time of one breath.
The implications of such discoveries transcend stage purposes and should catalyze the interest of every curious and intelligent person. In our laboratories the student immediately feels that he has embarked on a journey of deep and healthy self-knowledge.
Being able to get genuinely emotional without a real cause opens the way to ever broader considerations, which lead to the nature of our superstructure, or mask. The actor discovers that he can relativize his own personality in favor of identification, not only with other masks or roles, but above all with a higher and truer self that we call "supervisor".

This was the case for the research work which today found its synthesis in the manual "Without emotion there is no communication" where the technique of emotions is taught, a formidable tool at the basis of our courses and stages.

Emotions precede every moment of our life by an instant. And there is a way to get genuinely excited, on command, before offering yourself to the scene. A strategy that allows you to anticipate the joke with the emotion desired by the author, in the time of a breath.

Even more surprising is the ease with which younger people master the technique. They immediately play at laughing, getting angry, being sad or happy in a sincere and genuine way. This happens without any recourse to psychotechnique, that is, without the need to draw on their real experience, even when a more dramatic emotion is requested on stage.

The art of communication meets physics. The main driving force behind all our actions, gestures or words is emotion. Technically working only on tonality, volume and pauses, without anticipating the line with the correct emotional differentiation, is equivalent to trying to have Othello's furious anger recited by a TTS Reader, or an automatic text reader. The right emotion, drawn to method, travels from heart to heart, often achieving the result even before the actor speaks or moves. It's called "quantum entanglement" or quantum correlation. Physicists have demonstrated it through complex photographic equipment, we have been observing it for years, among the students of our laboratories, and among actors and spectators in the shows we stage. Modern neuroscience has demonstrated that it is not necessarily the brain that produce the release of neuropeptides, the molecules of emotion. In situations of attack, defense or escape, the second abdominal brain is actually mainly involved: in our intestinal wall there is a network of one hundred million neurons. The neuroscientist Candace Pert has observed the impossibility of locating a precise, organic point, that is emotional. Information can come into contact with our receptors in very variable ways. Pert's studies lead to the conclusion that we cannot talk about emotions only from a chemical point of view, but that we must admit the involvement of phenomena linked to physics and vibrations. These phenomena have often manifested themselves during our workshops, demonstrating how all of us, actors on the world's stage, are much more than a physical body or a mask, much more than our own personality.
